Refund Policy

We hope you'll be delighted with your order, but we know that something things don't quite work out.  Our Refund Policy tells you what we'll do to make things right.

If an item arrives damaged, we suggest you contact us within two days of delivery, but you can return an item for up to 30 days. We’ll ask you to return the item to us, then we’ll be happy to provide a full refund (including delivery charges) or a replacement.

If you change your mind or the item isn’t what you expected, please return the item to us in a resalable condition within 14 days. This usually means the original packaging must be unopened. We’ll be happy to provide a refund for the price of the item (excluding delivery charges).

In all cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us and we suggest getting proof of postage.
